Written for the Metro Brass Quintet, this is a lush rendition of Debussy’s beautiful “Girl with the Flaxen Hair.” Short and sweet, this piece will scratch the nostalgia itch of your group and your audience alike! I recommend using a flugelhorn for the second trumpet part to add a bit more warmth and contrast.

Trumpet 1 range up to D; Trumpet 2 spans from low F# to high A; Horn spans from low D to top-line F; Trombone spans from low Eb to 2-line Eb, and Bass Trombone/Tuba spans from low G to middle C.
